seems your plugin or theme did not properly call the footer , which makes our plugin think this is a incompletely or incorrect HTML page , some function/feature maybe bypassed under such condition.

okay , I looked into the source code here https://github.com/litespeedtech/lscache_wp/blob/9a2ffc900478312399ac5f291197e741bb4716c2/src/core.cls.php#L438
the plugin was checking if the HTML source output if it was start with html or doctype to verify if this is a proper html page
based on log it failed at this check
do you have ob_start() somewhere ?

it’s from theme ? please try switch to any of wp default theme , see what happens
@qtwrk i have created a staging version. For this i have activated the WordPress ‘Twenty Twenty-four’ theme. I also deactivated inrelevant plugins
