Removing Default Social Share Icons

I’ve tried several suggested Custom CSS to remove the gray social share icons that appear on the bottom of my blog posts (next to tags), with no luck. Any suggestions? I’d prefer to only have the social share icon/counter that you see installed for Pinterest (and more to come) since they are more prominent, via a plugin I added:
