Removing Dashboard Widgets

    I need to remove the following widgets from the Dashboard for anyone who is not the website Administrator: At A Glance, WordPress News and Quick Draft. In the Activity Widget, I need to remove Recently Published and keep Recent Comments. How would I do this? Thanks.
