Removing comment icon and comment count

Hi. I really appreciate the work put in the development of the theme as it is just great.

As I am removing the comment section from my site, It will be great to remove certain elements in the theme which symbolize the presence of comments.

I needed help with removing the comment icon and the comment count which is present on
1. The latest pots page, where the comment icon and the comment count are present below the each post’s extract.
2. The complete post, where the comment icon and the comment count are present above the featured image.

Additionally, after removing the where the comment icon and the comment count, please show me the way to make the other elements present in the inline, to be centered in their view.

P.S. I apologize for the terms I use, I’m yet not completely acquainted with the terminologies of the wordpress world.
