Something isn’t right with how the category term query is being made. Requesting an archive page number that doesn’t exist should fail to return any results and the template would display a 404 nothing found message of some sort. As the same query results are instead being shown, the requested page parameter is failing to be made part of the query.

I suspect your theme or a plugin is altering normal query behavior. Use the troubleshooting mode of the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. Only your view is affected, regular visitors will still see your normal site. Once activated, invalid page requests will come back 404. Restore your normal theme and plugins through the troubleshooting admin bar item, one at a time, re-testing after each. When the proper 404s stop, the last activated is the culprit. Take up the issue through that module’s dedicated support channel.

Apart from aberrant page number behavior, I wondered why these pages are being indexed at all. Googlebot must have found the links somewhere for them to become indexed. It looks like Yoast is outputting invalid next/prev page links in the meta data it inserts into head sections. Take up this issue in their dedicated support forum.

BTW, you have two different plugins outputting OG tags that are used by social media sites, Yoast and Social Snap. You really only need one or the other. IMO the Ypast tags are of better quality than Social Snap, assuming the invalid page link issue is resolved.
