• Hi WP board,
my website is tustin-diamond-exchange.com. I had a customer make the website for me two years ago, but the business transaction went sour and he decided to change the password and keep the website live and running. Because I did not have control over the content, I built another website, and I hoped to have the website removed by the WP support team. Upon researching WP, I realized that there isn’t any support system at WP besides the forum. Any suggestions of doing this besides backdoor the vulnerabilities of WP with wpscan, etc.

    Please help.

  • Who pays the host? If that is your account at the server, call your host and have it reset (“nuked”) and locked.

The customer paid for the hosting and he paid for the domain. I have the trademark to the business.

Tough situation there, and those kinds of legal matters are far outside and beyond the scope of this forum.

I hoped to have the website removed by the WP support team.

WordPress is just the software – but WordPress.ORG does not have any direct connection or control over a site that happens to use the software. There’s literally nothing we can do beyond what you can do. You might try contacting the hosting company – you can find that info here:

    Or consult with a lawyer.
