Remove title from showing up

Hi there,

As you will see from my website linked below, the featured image already tells you what you are clicking through to. Is there a way to remove the title from showing up below, and also to carry the page content “up” so that it picks up the size of the rectangle and not a square (there is white space at the bottom of the page)
