Remove the image posting twice

I am using a theme called magazeen and in the theme it has a latest articles section right below the nav. you can see it at http://www.droidedup.com. what it seems to do now is when i put an image url in the post below where I actually write the post it pulls that image into the articles section. If i just add an image to the post itself and i dont put a url under the post content in the image section it doesn’t pull an image and it looks terrible. my question is how do I do both? when i put the image url in below the content it also adds that image to the body of the post. it would be great if i could get it to not do this and i would manually add all images to my post. you can see an example of the duplicate images created at http://droidedup.com/2010/02/good-news-for-motorola-users/
