Storefront is a theme which this doc is for https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/204929925-Storefront-Removing-the-Sidebar

You are not using Storefront theme it appears..

I am using Elegant Themes with woocommerce plugin for ecommerce, so do I check with Elegant Themes instead?
