Remove Referrer Page Field

    I would like to remove the hidden referrer page field from my forms. I did not manually add it to any of the templates, but it’s on every form I’ve created. Please advise on how to remove/what I can include in functions.php, since I can only find instructions on how to add.

    Finally realized the Campaign Monitor add-on was inserting the hidden field.
