"Remove Query Strings From Static Resources" plugin not working

Hello,

I installed “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” plugin on my site: hoping to resolve the issue found in pingdom saying:

Remove the following redirect chain if possible:

http://longworthholistics.com/wp-content/themes/hathor
http://longworthholistics.com/wp-content/themes/hathor/

The test result shows no any change before and after installing the plugin.

I then tried to contact the original developer here, and surprisingly found their contact form is not responding at all in IE, FF and Chrome.

It would be appreciated if anyone can shed any light? I am really new to the performance tuning in wordpress and I can’t understand why the http://www.yourwpexpert.com/contact/ is not responding.
