Remove Query Strings From Static Resources

Hello,

I installed “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” plugin on my site: http://longworthholistics.com/ hoping to resolve the issue found in pingdom saying:

Remove the following redirect chain if possible:

http://longworthholistics.com/wp-content/themes/hathor
http://longworthholistics.com/wp-content/themes/hathor/

The test result shows no any change before and after installing the plugin.

It would be appreciated if any one can advise how to fix this issue? I am really new to the performance tuning in wordpress.
