1) If you mean to allow customers to remove or otherwise change the product quantity at the checkout page, we about to release this new feature with Fluid Checkout PRO in a few days.
2) It seems that you already have this configured, as the “create account” option is being displayed on your checkout page. See screenshot:

If you want to ask customers to set up a password and/or username, you’ll need to tweak the settings at WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy.
3) Fluid Checkout Lite only affects the checkout page. The “Continue shopping” link will only be added to the cart page when using Fluid Checkout PRO.

1. Unfortunately, there is only so much we can give for free with Fluid Checkout Lite.
4. Currently, it is not possible to move the billing address section to before the shipping section. This is due to the way Fluid Checkout works.
We already have a task on our backlog to make it possible, however, this will take a while until we are able to implement this.
I suggest you to sign up to receive updates about new features of Fluid Checkout.
5. You can add any type of content in the widget areas, also if you are using the blocks editor (Gutenberg).
