Remove post images from home page

    Hi,
    I’m a long time WordPress user who is trying to heavily edit a theme which I haven’t done before. Never used PHP but am familiar with HTML/CSS.

    I’m trying to remove all images that are included in the post content from my main page posts but want to keep the thumbnails produced by the featured image function.

    Any help would be great, thanks!
