    Cpanel users: phpMyAdmin. ( Host Gator )

    Click on name of your database left column.
    Search for wp_options open: Look for( Active plugins )
    Should be on the (2nd or 3rd page most of the time)
    Find the name of the plugin and delete it’s entire string* or just highlight all plugins then delete then click ” Go ” at the Bottom.
    (It will just deactivate your plugins).

    Then sign back into your website..Click on Installed plugins.
    Everything should be deactivated.Look for the desired plugin and delete On the same page click on the plugin box .. Bulk actions to (Active)
    then click Apply.. All plugins will be activated back.
