You can edit a product and under the Crowdfunding Product Data > General you will see the predefined pledge amount field.

Leave the field empty then update the campaign and this will remove the pledge amount from the frontend.

\wp-content\plugins\wp-crowdfunding\includes\register_api_hook.php
