Remove Page links in header

Greetings! How do I get my page links removed from my custom header using the MAKE theme … I already have my page links at the bottom of the page. I know NOTHING about coding, so is there a SIMPLE way to do this? Here is the link to my site … http://www.GodsDesertRose.org
Also … It shows up on ALL my pages.
