When I manage my blogger profile on wordpress.com (@jennapeterson88) and go to “Manage Blogs” I see all of the WordPress built blogs I’ve ever been associated with. I have the option to make them visible or not visible, but I don’t have the option to delete/unlink.

The following former WordPress blogs, which were privately hosted, no longer exist. I don’t even host with the same company anymore and I don’t own the domains.

How do I convince wordpress.com that these don’t exist and shouldn’t be tied to me?

Step zero would be to contact WordPress.COM. They should be able to take care of this for you, or at the very least, tell you what to do.

There’s nothing we can do to help you here at WordPress.ORG.

(The issue seems to be that JetPack should be active before you can remove the domains yourself. But as the sites are dead or not in your control anymore, it’s impossible to install JetPack and do this yourself. But WordPress.com staff should be able to take care of this for you easily: I’ve seen lots of such requests in their support forum, and they were all promptly taken care of: no “convincing” necessary 😀 )
