remove malware?

ive been told I have malware in my website and that’s why its not working??? Not sure how this happened (besides not trusting and hating my hosting people we deal with). Anyhow… How do I fix this problem??? I do not have clean back up of the website because I had lost my computer. Any help is appreciated!!
