Remove image placeholder from cart widget

I don’t have images on my products and have successfully used product list plugin to not show images on a product list and have hidden the image placeholder on the View Cart page. However, I cannot find clear instructions anywhere on how to remove the image placeholder in the cart widget (or mini cart) using CSS. Can anyone provide me the CSS to do this please? Appreciate the help!
