Remove home page language slug

    Hi everyone!
    I use setting “The language is set from the directory name in pretty permalinks”
    I need to see slug for default language.
    But it also set a language slug for the home page.
    Now it looks like
    https://example.com/en/
    i’d like to see
    https://example.com/
    How can i hide URL language information for default language just for home page ONLY?

    No, this is not possible out of the box.

    I understand it. Maybe polylang or wp have a hook or filter or smth else for this? any decision to this situation.
