They will be in header.php which you can access via your admin panel Appearance>>Editor.
I would leave the font size and just delete the page width though.

I have tried that and cannot for the life of me find it in the header file.
Header.php isn’t that big, what is your theme?
it’s in footer.php:
<div id="pageControls"></div>
but a better way is to just hide it:
#pageControls{ display: none !important; }

I just noticed he said BOTTOM right. Never seen a theme with them there and did’t read what the OP actually said. 🙂
