Remove header image from pages and posts

    Hi,
    I just have a little issue with the header image. I’ve noticed that it displays in full on the homepage, but is way smaller in internal posts and pages. I read that you can’t make it full size on posts and pages, but is there a way to fully remove it then as it looks horrible when you can only see part of the full image?
