Remove "GooglePickerAPI" from filename

Hey,

This was done to make sure not to confuse Media Library when you import a file with the same name from a 3rd-party service.

I will make this configurable in the next release, but meantime you could remove the following:
1. Open plugins/external-media/plugins/GoogleDrive.php
2. Line 140 – remove >> get_class($this) . ‘_’ . <<

Do the same thing for other plugins if needed.

I added a new General tab to the settings page. By default this option is enabled.
