Remove footer in WordPress online

I don’t have wordpress downloaded in my Mac. I want to remove or edit my footer. I don’t want it to show “wordpress blog by…blah blah blah…”. How can i do it? I don’t find the “editor” button in “appearance” in the new dashboard. Att.
