Hi,
The default Custom Fields to collect the billing information from your guests cannot be managed with the free version of Vik Booking.
However, if you would like to remove some fields, you can do that by using a database management interface, like phpMyAdmin.
All custom fields will be stored in the database table “vikbooking_custfields”, the exact name of the table will contain the trailing prefix of your WordPress installation, but it should be easy for you to identify it and to remove the unwanted records.

Hi, Just to clarify, you say that If I delete those fields (VBCUSTOMERCOMPANY and VBCUSTOMERCOMPANYVAT) from the table structure , they will not show up in the booking form?
It will not break anything in the plugin….
yes, it is safe, I’ve tried it and still managed to work properly until now.
