Remove Certain Characters from Post Title

    Hi,
    I was wondering if there was a way to restrict/remove certain characters from the title of a post and just continue to the rest of the title. For example, if someone posts something like:

    SPANISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

    I want to make it so it removes most of the exclamation marks except a few. Any way to do this?
