Remove Automatic text

Hey there,

Great plugin! I’d like to remove the text that appears automatically after each post before the icons:

“Share the post “…” Facebook Twitter…

I’ve managed to remove the Share the post but I couldn’t get rid of the name of the social medias.

How can I do this?
