Remove Admin bar links under site-name

Hi people,
I have managed to remove some of the admin bar links, however I cant figure out how to remove the menu items under the sites names site-menu items, for example
dashoboard,
themes,
widgets,
customize,
header,

These menu items appear in a menu under the site-name once your logged in.

Does anyone know how I can remove some of these? I have done this before but I can’t remember how.
