Remove address field requirement for order pickup

    There is already a request to add this feature in the next version, however in the meantime is there a piece of code that can simply change fieldset properties to ‘not required’.

    I am looking for exactly the same behavior which applies to the #rpress_cc_fields when cash is selected, to happen to #rpress_cc_address as well. I can hide with CSS myself I just need to make sure it’s not required first.

    Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hello,

    If you want to remove address field from the checkout page when pickup is selected then this feature is already available. Please let us know if you are looking for something else?

    Sorry for the confusion. In a previous ticket we had changed the option of ‘cash on delivery’ to ‘cash on pickup’. So for ‘cash on pickup’ I want to make billing city, zip, country, and state, not required.

    I guess the long term solution for this would be to include ‘cash on pickup’ as a separate option without billing, but in the meantime I am happy to just include a snippet (if it’s possible) as a temporary fix.
