Remove ‘Additional Information’

Hello,

I do not require any additional information, so although I have removed those fields, it still has that ‘Additional Information’ heading on the checkout page, which makes no sense to me. May seem like a small thing but if it doesn’t need to be there then I’d like to just get rid of that heading, but how do I do that?
