Reminder mail for payment pending

    Hello everybody,

    I’m looking for a way to remind customers that their order hasn’t been paid yet (about 2 or 5 days).
    It’s even best to have a direct link to the payment page or a link to Paypal (depending on the payment method the customer has chosen). – I get this link already when the payment is pending, but now it has to be sent automatically to the customer after a few days.

    I would be happy to receive some answers.

    But any solution will depend on the system you’re using to generate those orders in the first place, which you didn’t provide any info about.

    Kindly take time to completely describe your WordPress setup, including any plugins you’re using that are relevant to the problem at hand, so might be able to help you.

    Hi,

    I just saw that you tagged the thread with “woocommerce” so I’m supposing you’re using WooCommerce.

    I personally use a paid 3rd-party extension for this. But a quick googling for “woocommerce payment reminder” should get you some results to start digging into.

    If you don’t find anything immediately, you might want to ask your question in Woocommerce’s dedicated support forum where you’re likely to get direct attention from the Woocommerce developers and users.
