Reminder emails not working

Hello, I have “Enable Reminder Email for Customers” toggled on, but I have not received any reminder emails for the test orders I have placed.

Ideally, I would like to:

1. Have order confirmation emails include the pickup date, time, and location selected by the customer
2. Automatically send the customer an email the day before their scheduled pickup date that contains their pickup date, time, location, and instruction text to be provided.

Can you advise if these things are possible and if so, how to set them up?
