WC Zoom and WC Slider are not related to sending reminders, so they cannot cause this issue.
Can you please try sending review reminders manually and see if it works (https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000072126-how-to-manually-send-review-reminders-)?

it works when I send it manualy, and it’s ok for me to do it like this because we are not a huge Eshop (for the moment 😉

In this case, it should work automatically as well. If it doesn’t, you might have problems with WP Cron on your website. In this case, you can either contact your hosting support for help with troubleshooting WP Cron or use our alternative scheduler – CR Cron (see additional information here: https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000540989-cr-cron ).
