    This release improves Remote Sync, backup reliability, and overall security.

    Highlights

    • Added Remote Sync profiles for faster one-click sync workflows.
    • Added email and Slack notifications for successful Remote Sync jobs.
    • Improved the Remote Sync flow with clearer errors and better guidance when something fails.
    • Improved scheduled backup reliability with automatic cron integrity checks.
    • Added clearer warnings when backups fail because of insufficient disk space.
    • Improved backup download checks by asking users to verify the downloaded file size.
    • Fixed several backup and restore edge cases, including duplicated database processing in background backups.
    • Improved security for stored SFTP credentials, including SSH private keys.
    • Hardened REST log streaming authentication.
    • Prevented full-site crashes when plugin files are missing or corrupted.
    • Improved handling of staging, restore, and backup UI edge cases.

    This update also includes many internal improvements, dependency updates, test improvements, and translation workflow enhancements.
