Relative urls on local WordPress

    So, I’m using a local version of WordPress on my computer, and it seems that WordPress does not recognize relative urls. I can work fine with that for all my images, but it seems that WordPress is not linking to my css stylesheets. Does anyone know anything I might be doing wrong?
