relationship between taxonomies

    I have a custom post type with two custom taxonomies (‘brand’ and ‘model’).
    I want to show a list of all ‘model’ terms that contains post that also are assigned to a specific ‘brand’ term.
    The terms of that list should be link to an archive page that show post that meet the same criteria (selected terms of ‘brand’ and ‘model’ taxonomies)
    Is that possible?
