Could you send me a screenshot of “Related” being shown? I can’t figure out why/where it can/does show for you.
Maybe this has to do with a plugin that you have installed that’s injecting “Related” into the line item content.

Looks like jp related posts (not sure of that name) is adding it.
Check it’s settings so that you can disable it for the invoice and estimate post type.

If this happens to anyone, it is being caused by the Related Posts feature within JetPack. To turn it off, go to:
JetPack > Related Posts > Configure and untick – Show a “Related” header to more clearly separate the related section from post.

The strange thing is that Jetpack Related Posts doesn’t add to all post types, so your theme may be overriding the default to allow all post types.
