    The problem seems to be caused by the WP Super Cache plugin.

    Could you check your caching settings, go to the Advanced tab, and make sure that all pages including a GET parameter aren’t cached by WP Super Cache? Once you’ve changed that setting, you can go to the content tab and delete the cache for all pages on your site. Once you’ve done so, Related Posts should start working.
