Where can I adjust the thumbnail size so the width and height are consistent for all related post featured images?

Hello,

Can you please share the site link so that I can check it? Kindly go to Customize > Blog > Single Post and try to change the image size.

I tried editing the size there, but it seems like something is overriding it? I tried making the height very small (50x) and it just reverts to whatever size it wants.
