Related Content shows blank colored boxes

    Hi, I have included Related Content below my posts, however, 2 out of 4 boxes are always showing blank colored boxes. All my posts have Featured Image and other images. It is not always the same boxes that are blank. It is very unattractive. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this problem.
    The other issue is that I do not have Status showing up next to the “Edit Related and Promoted Content Settings” button in the App Manager screen. In fact I have never seen the “Status” label there. So I cannot tell if is ready or not. Am I missing something?

    Hi there!

    We were having an issue like this a few months ago, but we did successfully resolve it, and it looks like the app is working correctly on your site now.

    If you are continuing to see colored boxes instead of images, there is a possibility that it may be the image meta tags on your site – please make sure that those image links are correct and working.
