Hi,
How can i show related ads in ads details ? as a featured ads and free ads .

Hi,
by default we do not really have such feature, but you can add this code snippet https://github.com/simpliko/wpadverts-snippets/blob/master/related-ads/related-ads.php to your theme functions.php file it will enable the related ads below Ad details page.
