    Hi there,

    Someone was able to book a ticket on my website about a week ago, everything went through okay and her payment went through as well — but then yesterday the system randomly rejected the the booking. She and I both recieved an email saying the the booking was rejected. Why would this happen?

    would it be possible to repost this in the EMpro forum for us to check and asked for info about your site? does it happening to all your paypal payment or only the specific customer?

    That is fine. It only happened to one customer. Is there a general reason as to why this would randomly happen?
