• I was updating plugins (I’m new to this) and JetPack disappeared. I tried to download and reinstall, but I get this message

    Destination folder already exists. /services7/webpages/p/g/pghlesbian.com/public/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

I don’t know what that means. I looked in the various PlugIn (active, inactive, etc) and don’t see it anywhere. I logged out, back in and tried with the same result.

I’m a WYSIWYG blogger. I just click automatically update and that’s when the trouble began. I was actually trying to update the video viewer, but that’s another topic.

  • Hi,

Delete the JetPack folder in the plugins folder on your server and then re-install the plugin.
