• Hello, few days ago I have activated a new plugin called “Advanced Google reCAPTCHA” because my site was attacked by multiple false subscribers registration (got 13,000 false users in a week). Since then I was no longer able to register new students for my TutorLMS courses. Can you tell me what can I do with Tutor LMS settings to fix this? I need to keep my site protected by attacks…

(I cannot attach anything here, I’ll do in answer email)

    Thanks

  • Hello @sebasebaseba,

The issue you are experiencing is caused by Advanced Google reCAPTCHA plugin, which is not fully compatible with Tutor LMS. This conflict is preventing new users from registering. To resolve this, please try deactivating the plugin. Your registration process should then work as expected.

To keep your site protected from spam and fraudulent registrations, we recommend using built-in Fraud Protection feature available in Tutor LMS Pro. You can find more details here:

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
