registration problem

Hey,

There is some registration problem with my site that people cannot register to. After people fill in all the required information on the registration page, the site redirect to the front page rather than the notification of user registered successfully and please check email to activate. Just nothing happened. And I’d checked the dashboard in user section, this user is not included.

I had set the register status in general setting to “everyone can register”. And even tried to deactivate the “Register Plus” and “wp-invites” plugin and try to use a new email to register and the outcomes still the same. Can anyone help me to solve?
