Registration Options with OnChange

    Hello,

    I am trying to figure out a way to display registration options based on a selection.

    Registrations can be an Individual (single person) or a Group. When a user selects one or the other, I want certain registrations fields to show up (or disappear if they switch between the two).

    I am not very familiar with Java and I cant seem to find any examples of this being done in WordPress. Can someone point to some tutorials or resources on how to do this?
