Registration not working for new users or current users

    A new User…

    1. goes to site http://www.austinphotogroup.com
    2. clicks on Directory > Submit Listing
    3. then click the “Register” option and nothing happens (www.austinphotogroup.com/directory/submit-listing/#register shows up at the bottom of the browser as the link URL)

    The “Anyone can register” options is checkmarked in WordPress settings.

    I also tried logging in from this page using my admin account and I get an error page that says “502 Bad Gateway nginx”
