Registration not working

    Register page not working.
    It just refreshes after submit clicked.
    It still gives warning if the user left required informations blank or other improper input, but when everything is correct, clicking submit would only refresh the page and all information except password remain there.
    No validation email send, nothing happens.

    I’ve check conflict, deactivated all other plugins, didn’t solve it.
    Also tried deactivate and reactivate um, didn’t solve it either.
    I tried some of the other topics’ solutions, didn’t solve my problem.
    Email for validation is enabled, Register is set to Everyone can register.

    I have put the link out.
    Might be easier for you to understand by trying it out yourself than me explaining it.

    Does this issue also occur with a default WP Theme?

    Hi,sorry have been busy these days.
    Tried register in default WP theme, issue still occurs.
    Got some spam registrations these days, just fyi if this info helps locating the problem.
