    Hi,
When a non-registered user clicking on Login with Facebook/Google, it is showing again the username and email address page.

    Hi @educationguideonline!

This issue usually happen, when the /wp-login.php page is not available to handle the login flow.
What I would suggest is creating a new empty page, and select it as “OAuth redirect uri proxy page” at Nextend Social Login>Global Settings>General tab.
So this page will handle the login flow instead of the /wp-login.php.

Important note: these changes will change your Redirect URI, which means you need to add the new redirect uri for each of your configured Apps. You will also receive a notification with the message:
“Nextend Social Login detected that your login url changed. You must update the Oauth redirect URIs in the related social applications.”
So to modify the redirect uri, please follow the steps appearing after clicking the “Fix Error – Oauth Redirect URI” button.

    Ps.:
Some third party plugins can override our redirection, so you could also turn on the “Prevent external redirect overrides – Disable external redirects” setting at Nextend Social Login>Global Settings>General tab

If your issue still persists, please get in touch with us directly on:
